Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR operations, employee records, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian regulations
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Manage employee relations and support workplace issue resolution
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices are properly implemented
• Support performance management, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives
• Provide HR guidance and support to leadership and operational teams
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR / People Operations
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
