Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Elektro / Teknik Mesin / atau jurusan terkait lainnya.

  2. Memiliki pengalaman 1 - 2 tahun sebagai pengawas / site supervisor di bidang MEP.

  3. Memiliki riwayat kerja di area pertambangan lebih disukai.

  4. Mampu membaca, memahami, dan mengoreksi gambar teknik MEP serta mengoperasikan AutoCAD atau aplikasi sejenisnya.

  5. Mengetahui metode kerja, standar instalasi, perawatan, dan troubleshooting pada sistem elektrikal (arus kuat/lemah), mekanikal (genset, pompa, HVAC), serta sistem plumbing/perpipaan.

  6. Mampu mengatur, mengawasi, dan mengarahkan tim pelaksana/teknisi di lapangan agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai target dan standar K3.

  7. Memiliki sertifikasi keahlian terkait (seperti K3 Listrik atau sertifikat teknis MEP lainnya) menjadi nilai tambah.

  8. Bersedia ditempatkan di area tambang dan bekerja dengan sistem roster.
