Job Description:
Manage all available facilities and resources to optimize the Pharmacovigilance output
Responsible for vendor evaluation and re-evaluation activities
Assist QA Senior Quality Assurance Operation, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) Manager in preparing annual budget plan and arrange the Quality Assurance Department's expenses to be balanced and efficient
Create and submit Pharmacovigilance reports to BPOM
Prepare and update SOP regarding qualification and vendor audit
Prepare schedule and coordinate the execution of vendor audit
Job Requirement:
Apothecary with minimum 3 years experience
Have at least relevant educational background and obtained pharmacovigilance-related training
High motivated to work in vendor audit and evaluation
Responsible, hard worker, fast learner, and strong leadership
Able to work individually and with team as well
Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB)
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
