KRITERIA MANAGER - DEALER FORKLIFT LISTRIK

A. Kualifikasi Dasar

  • Pendidikan: S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, Manajemen, atau setara

  • Pengalaman: Min 5-7 tahun di industri Material Handling / Alat Berat / Otomotif. Min 2 tahun posisi Manager ke atas

  • Domisili: Jabodetabek, bersedia keliling Indonesia


B. Skill & Pengetahuan Wajib

  • Produk: Paham forklift listrik, baterai lithium, charging system, perawatan. Ngerti beda diesel vs listrik

  • Sales B2B: Punya track record closing ke pabrik, gudang, 3PL, e-commerce, CPO

  • Dealer Management: Bisa bangun & kelola jaringan dealer/sub-dealer di daerah

  • After Sales: Ngerti konsep service, sparepart, kontrak maintenance, sewa

  • Keuangan: Bisa baca P&L, buat proyeksi, nego dengan leasing/finance company

  • Regulasi: Paham regulasi ESG, TKDN, importir, dan kebijakan green energy


C. Kompetensi Softskill

  • Leadership: Bisa mimpin tim sales, teknisi, admin 20+ orang

  • Networking: Punya relasi kuat ke asosiasi logistik, APINDO, Kadin, developer kawasan industri

  • Negosiasi: Jago nego ke principal China/Eropa/Jepang dan ke customer corporate

  • Data Driven: Bisa pakai CRM, ERP, buat laporan ke principal

  • Bahasa: Bahasa Indonesia lancar. Bahasa Inggris min Pasif untuk komunikasi dengan principal


JOB DESCRIPTION

TUJUAN UTAMA

  • Memimpin & mengembangkan bisnis dealer forklift listrik di Jabodetabek dan seluruh Indonesia untuk mencapai target penjualan, profit, dan brand awareness.


TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA

A. Sales & Business Development

  • Menyusun & mencapai target penjualan unit baru, sewa, dan after-sales per tahun

  • Membuka pasar baru: Jabodetabek, Jawa, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali

  • Membangun & mengelola jaringan dealer, sub-dealer, dan agen di tiap provinsi

  • Menangani key account: perusahaan FMCG, otomotif, CPO, e-commerce, pergudangan


B. Operasional & Dealer Management

  • Mengatur stok unit, demo unit, dan display di showroom/dealer

  • Memastikan standar operasional dealer sesuai SOP dari principal

  • Monitoring performa tiap dealer: penjualan, service, kepuasan customer

  • Koordinasi pengadaan unit, sparepart, dan baterai dengan principal


C. After Sales & Service

  • Membangun tim teknisi bersertifikat untuk service forklift listrik

  • Menjamin SLA service 20% dan BEP sesuai proyeksi

    Customer Satisfaction: NPS >80% untuk service
