Role Overview
Create high-performing UGC videos designed to maximize views, engagement, and conversions across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities :
- Create engaging short-form video content (15–60 seconds).
- Develop attention-grabbing hooks within the first 3 seconds.
- Follow trending formats, sounds, and viral content styles.
- Shoot and edit videos independently using a smartphone.
- Deliver content aligned with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Optimize content for views, watch time, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
- Confident speaking on camera.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Creative storytelling and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to consistently produce content that drives high engagement.
