- Interpret student assessment results and conduct comprehensive student profiling based on aspirations, academic background, portfolios, and other relevant information.
- Conduct counseling sessions with students and parents, providing recommendations on study pathways, including universities, majors, scholarships, and admission requirements.
- Conduct research on higher education opportunities and translate insights into personalized and actionable study plans for students.
- Facilitate and support multi-stakeholder guidance sessions involving tutors, experts, admissions consultants, and other education partners, including session coordination and reporting.
- Prepare counseling reports, document student progress, ensure smooth handovers, and participate in continuous professional development activities within the counseling team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or Guidance and Counseling.
- Experience in career counseling, college admissions advising, educational consulting, or related fields.
- Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to conduct counseling sessions in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience participating in international education programs (formal or non-formal) is a plus.
