Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department managers.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.
Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Mandarin speaking ability will be a strong advantage.
Established network and good working relationships with government institutions and related authorities in the Cikarang, Bekasi area (e.g., Manpower Office, BPJS, Immigration, Industrial Estate Management, and other relevant agencies) will be a strong advantage.
