1. Kualifikasi
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di industri fashion, dengan pengalaman memimpin tim creative.
- Memiliki strong vision & brand storytelling yang kuat.
- Memahami tren fashion wanita (lokal & global) serta perilaku target market.
- Memiliki leadership, decision making, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik.
- Menguasai visual direction (moodboard, styling, art direction, visual branding).
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, deadline, dan tekanan industri fashion yang dinamis.
2. Tanggung Jawab :
- Menentukan dan menjaga arah kreatif serta identitas visual brand secara menyeluruh.
- Mengarahkan seluruh proses creative production (photoshoot, videoshoot, styling, talent, set, tone visual).
- Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim creative agar produktif dan inovatif.
- Mengawasi kualitas seluruh output visual sebelum dipublikasikan.
- Mengontrol timeline dan memastikan seluruh project berjalan sesuai planning.
