Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Establish creative ideas and generate program's for DreamUs Park’s.
- Establish yearly program calendar for monthly events, classes, team building, competition.
- Responsible for delivering the programmes using appropriate teaching and learning methods.
- Provide Coaching and Training for crews
- Effective project management and review of programmes.
- Ensure consistency and a structured environment during the execution of the programmes.
- Main liaison between vendors and internal teams leading up to event day.
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
- Responsible for programmes profit and loss.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Coach and develop the potential of others infunctions related to DreamUs Group's parks programmes.
Qualification
- Graduates from any major, preferably Public Relations, Broadcasting, or related fields.
- Experienced in Outdoor Camps/Team Building/Sports Coaching fields.
- Experienced in managing external vendors, project management and general admin duties.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of proven experience in this role, preferably within the indoor playground or family entertainment industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different complexity simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Good presentation skills include clear communication, effective storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Flexible, dynamic self-starter to create and execute innovative content and programs, adapting to changing priorities and working independently, potentially across multiple locations.
