Supporting and coordinating activities in the company’s day-to-day execution of purchase requisition from all Dept. Ensuring all process from receiving purchase requisition, issue Purchase order, monitoring and follow up the delivery until it received by requisition party.  
Supporting and coordinating activities in the company’s day-to-day execution of sales orders.

Ensuring incoming communications from customers are channeled correctly within the company and vice versa feedback is channeled correctly to the customer. 

Ensure the accurately customer purchase orders, confirmation of delivery, arrange export shipments and related documents in compliance with customs and government regulations. 

Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) from all Dept, issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with supplier until the order has been received by Requisition Party. 

Carry out the Export and Import process, working with agent/forwarder that has been selected by the Company.
Liaise between finance department, Sales Manager and customer upon incoming inquiries regarding credit/payment terms.

  • Minimum Senior High School/diploma in any discipline 

  • Having 3 years’ experience in Purchasing manufacturing, experience in Purchasing and Sales Admin is advantage.   

  • Having experience in import and export process. 

  • Excellent communication in Bahasa and English (spoken and written). 

  • Have negotiation skills, accuracy, attention to detail and be able to solve problems.  

  • Have good time management, initiative, and be able to prioritize the workload. 

  • Must have advanced skills in Ms. Excel and Ms. Word, experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP Software. 

  • Preferred to have awareness and experience of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
