Our client, a luxury Phinisi operating throughout East Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join their onboard hospitality team.
This is a unique opportunity to combine professional wellness expertise with travel across some of Indonesia's most spectacular destinations while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality spa treatments, massage therapies, and wellness services to guests onboard
• Maintain professional treatment standards and guest confidentiality at all times
• Provide personalized wellness recommendations and guest care
• Ensure treatment areas, equipment, and supplies are maintained to the highest standards
• Contribute to an overall luxury guest experience through professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional spa therapy experience
• Strong knowledge of a variety of spa treatments, massage techniques, and wellness practices
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional with a positive attitude
• Good spoken English
• Willingness to live and work onboard on a rotational schedule (5 months on – 1 month off)
Preferred Experience
• Luxury resort, boutique hotel, wellness retreat, or cruise ship experience
• Experience working with international guests
• Additional wellness qualifications are highly desirable
