Kualifikasi

  • Minimal pendidikan SMK Teknik Sipil atau Teknik Elektro.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang M&E (Mekanikal & Elektrikal) atau bidang teknis terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun dalam posisi pengawasan/kepemimpinan (seperti Supervisor atau Insinyur Senior) dalam M&E, Manajemen Fasilitas, atau Layanan Bangunan.
  • Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang sistem mekanikal dan elektrikal, serta pengalaman dalam penerapan praktik di proyek-proyek konstruksi.
  • Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang praktik-praktik terbaik dalam desain, instalasi, dan pemeliharaan sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, dan perpipaan.
  • Keterampilan manajemen proyek yang kuat, termasuk penjadwalan, penganggaran, dan pemecahan masalah.
  • Memiliki leadership untuk memimpin tim MEP secara efektif.
  • Penempatan : Kota Bandung.
