Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall online store sales in various e-commerce marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc
Upload and manage product catalogs on the marketplace.
Achieve the targets of each online store.
Create promotions to increase sales conversions and sales figures.
Handle customer complaints with return, refund, and product exchange policies.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university
Minimum 1 year of experience as a relevant positions
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and related technical knowledge
Proficient in operating Office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT
Clear logical thinking, sensitivity to numbers and data;
Have good communication skills and cross departmental collaboration skills, strong ability to work hard
