Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking business processes such as Digital Banking, Payment, Fund Transfer, Lending, Deposit, and Core Banking
- Experienced in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements, including preparing BRD, FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Process Flow.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in system enhancement, digital transformation, API integration, data mapping, and basic SQL for data analysis or validation.
- Experienced in supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production implementation while collaborating with Business Users, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
