Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will support the Marketing team in building Jakarta Academics' digital presence and increasing brand awareness across various social media platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
- Create and execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
- Design captions, short-form videos, and visual content aligned with the company's branding.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify content trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Academic teams to produce educational and promotional content.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's students/fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media management.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in creating content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is an advantage.
