Requirements:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (mandatory).
Prior lifeguard or aquatic safety experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and emergency response.
Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness to perform rescues.
Service-oriented and professional in assisting guests.
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good English communication skills

Job Desc:
l Monitor swimming pools and aquatic areas to ensure guest safety.
l Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and educating swimmers on safe behavior.
l Respond immediately to water-related and on-land emergencies; perform rescues, First Aid, and CPR.
l Inspect and maintain safety equipment (rescue tubes, first aid kits, AEDs) and report issues.
l Keep pool and aquatic facilities safe, clean, and ready for guest use.
l Record and report incidents, accidents, and rule violations accurately to management.
l Provide excellent customer service by assisting members/guests courteously.
l Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and skill refreshers.
l Collaborate with fellow lifeguards and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
