- Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills with a minimum C1 proficiency in both spoken and written English
2. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities across multiple customer support channels
3. Excellent active listening skills with an empathetic, customer-focused approach
4. Previous experience in an international BPO or customer service environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates with outstanding English proficiency are encouraged to apply
