Masonry. Restaurant Uluwatu is seeking a dedicated and professional Hostess Supervisor to join our team in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in managing and overseeing front-of-house operations and guest services. As Hostess Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the hostess team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence. This position is integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for guests' experiences at our establishment.
What we're looking for
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a hospitality or guest services environment
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front-of-house role, preferably in a restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality setting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are highly advantageous
Proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale systems
Domiciled in Bali, Able to join immediately
