Responsibilities :
Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Producing high-quality maintainable code, testing and collaboratively review it to ensure efficiency
Creating and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and performing code reviews collaboratively
Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability
Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in production and non-production environments
Working closely with frontend engineers, data engineers and product teams
Implementing security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
Participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience in Backend or Fullstack software development
Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and software engineering principles
Good knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency and asynchronous processing
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
Understanding of Linux environments and basic networking concepts
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration is a plus
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team
