Job purpose:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with M/E consultants, customers, distributors, and business partners.
Meet/exceed sales growth objectives as established by Sales leadership.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposal from customers.
Support company promotional activities, including exhibitions, seminars, customer visits, and other marketing events.
Prepare technical documents, product presentations, catalogs, and sales tools to support marketing and sales activities.
Provide technical support and product-related information to M/E consultants, customers and the sales team
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential market expansion.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business decision-making.
Prepare sales forecasts, demand and supply analysis, and periodic marketing reports.
Prepare customers visits and project status/activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor.
Consistently provide feedback to the team in the organization regarding competition, product and/or market needs.
Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Planning, Marketing Support, Sales Engineering, Business Development, or a related position.
Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical industries. Knowledge of Industrial UPS or related industrial products will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong command of English, both written and spoken will be an advantage.
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
Having a Class C and/or Class A driving license.
Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player
Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
