Fullstack Developer (Middle - Senior)
Job Description
- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, Solution Architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement APIs, database structures, and system integrations with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and problem-solving activities.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and architectural best practices.
- Troubleshoot application and system issues, and support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to applications, integrations, and solution designs.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or related role.
- Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with NestJS or Express.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis.
- Familiar with Kafka or RabbitMQ message brokers.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experienced in using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar.
- Good attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
