Job Description

Melakukan preventive & corrective maintenance pada seluruh fasilitas outlet.
Menangani perbaikan dan troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, dan Plumbing (MEP).
Memastikan instalasi listrik, AC, pompa air, plumbing, dan peralatan pendukung berfungsi dengan baik.
Melakukan inspeksi rutin serta membuat laporan hasil maintenance.
Berkoordinasi dengan vendor untuk pekerjaan yang memerlukan penanganan khusus.
Siap melakukan kunjungan dan maintenance ke seluruh outlet.

Kualifikasi

Minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Pendingin/Tata Udara, atau jurusan terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Teknisi Maintenance, diutamakan di industri F&B, Retail, Hotel, atau Building.
Memahami sistem Mechanical, Electrical, dan Plumbing (MEP).
Mampu melakukan troubleshooting instalasi listrik, panel listrik, pompa air, saluran air, AC, dan peralatan pendukung outlet.
Memahami penggunaan alat kerja teknisi dan prosedur K3.
Bersedia bekerja mobile dan melakukan maintenance ke seluruh outlet
