Qualification:
- Proven min. 1 years of working experience in Brand Marketing Strategist, Influencer Marketing or similar roles
- Have a good understanding of Social Media
- Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is an advantage
- Passionate in beauty industry. Experience in beauty or consumer goods industry will be preferred
- Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Outstanding communication skills
Jobdesc:
- Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, revenue growth, and conversion using multiple channels including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and offline activation
- Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic
- Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media
- Collaborate with product development, business development and design teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and development
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make improvements
- Defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
