Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tool & Die Design or a similar engineering role (fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome to apply, if applicable).
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or other 2D/3D CAD software.
- Able to read and create engineering drawings in accordance with technical standards.
- Good understanding of Tool & Die Design, Jig & Fixture Design, machining processes, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and engineering materials is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Job Description
- Mendesain dan mengembangkan **tool, dies, jig, dan fixture** sesuai kebutuhan produksi.
- Membuat gambar teknik 2D dan model 3D menggunakan software CAD (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, atau software sejenis).
- Menyusun drawing manufacturing, Bill of Material (BOM), dan dokumen teknis lainnya.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Produksi, Engineering, dan Quality untuk memastikan desain dapat diproduksi dengan baik.
- Melakukan evaluasi, perbaikan, dan modifikasi desain berdasarkan hasil trial maupun kebutuhan produksi.
- Memberikan dukungan teknis selama proses pembuatan, perakitan, dan uji coba tool & dies.
- Menganalisis penyebab kerusakan atau kegagalan tool & dies serta mengusulkan tindakan perbaikan.
- Memastikan seluruh desain memenuhi standar kualitas, keselamatan kerja, dan spesifikasi perusahaan.
- Melakukan dokumentasi serta pengarsipan seluruh data desain dan revisi secara sistematis.
- Berpartisipasi dalam program continuous improvement untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses dan umur pakai tool & dies.
