  • Memastikan kegiatan supervisi yang efektif atas proses kerja field force untuk mencapai standard yang telah ditentukan.

  • Memiliki hubungan kerja / relasi dengan pelanggan RS / Instansi dan networking yang luas 

  • Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa data

  • Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan marketing yang bagus
