Job Descriptions
- Drive sales performance from our Stores
- Analyze weekly/monthly sales reports and identify areas for growth
- Oversee Sales Assistant operations, manage stock transfers and conduct stock opname
- Plan and launch promotions for new collections (including drafting T&Cs)
- Set monthly sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team to boost underperforming products
- Curate sale items, determine discount rates, and manage stock for partner stores
- Support event sales and assist with production tasks
- Manage customer orders via WhatsApp, online store, and HQ studio – from creation to delivery
- Maintain excellent service during daily operations and in-store events
- Oversee daily shipments, Biteship logistics, and manual order processing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- 1+ year of experience in retail fashion (preferred)
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
