Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or operational purchasing.
- Active English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experienced in handling procurement needs for property, building operation, office operation, renovation, interior, fit-out, construction, maintenance, villa, apartment, or project site.
- Able to source, compare, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and building-related vendors.
- Able to manage requests for quotation, price comparison, purchase request, purchase order, invoice, delivery note, and vendor documentation.
- Understands vendor comparison based on price, quality, timeline, payment terms, service response, and reliability.
- Able to support urgent operational needs related to building, property unit, office, tenant request, project requirement, and maintenance work.
- Able to coordinate with Finance, Project, Site Supervisor, Operations, and Management for procurement approval and payment process.
- Able to follow up vendors until goods or services are delivered properly and according to company requirements.
- Detail-oriented, firm in negotiation, organized in documentation, and able to work under deadline.
