Responsibilities:
Analyze sell-out performance and identify opportunities to drive sales growth.
Manage key store performance and implement productivity improvement plans.
Ensure effective retail execution, merchandising, and POSM compliance.
Support product launches and promotional campaign execution.
Monitor BA productivity and recommend performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and Training teams to maximize store performance and business results.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, FMCG, Beauty, or related industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
Willing to travel frequently for store visits.
