Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture strong partnerships with 4S stores, automotive dealers, and key industry partners.
Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing offline sales team to drive dealer channel expansion.
Ensure the implementation and adherence to risk control measures across all sales activities.
Achieve acquisition targets and complete assignments delegated by senior leadership.
Requirements
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in auto finance sales within multi-finance or banking, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Functional Expertise: Strong background in relationship management and data-driven sales strategy.
Product Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the electric vehicle (EV) segment with a deep understanding of auto loan products, credit risk assessment, and market competition.
Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and coordination skills.
Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a strong advantage.
