Responsibilities:
Create and maintain PCB documentation, including schematics, BOM, Gerber files, and technical drawings.
Collaborate with R&D, and Manufacturing teams during product development.
Conduct PCB testing, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
Analyze and resolve PCB-related issues during prototype and mass production stages.
Optimize PCB design for manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), reliability, and cost efficiency.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change implementation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in PCB design and development.
Proficient in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, KiCad, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes, SMT, and electronic assembly.
Experience in PCB testing, signal integrity analysis, and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of EMC/EMI design considerations is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Experience in consumer electronics or home appliance manufacturing is an advantage.
