Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Channel Sales Manager, or similar role in the IT industry.
• Proven experience managing accounts within Corporate, Government, BUMN, and/or Education sectors.
• Strong track record in sales and account management within IT Hardware Distribution, System Integrator, OEM Vendor, or Technology Solutions companies.
• Good understanding of the Indonesian IT market, channel ecosystem, and business landscape.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with OEM brands is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin language proficiency will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer and partner engagements.
• Possess a valid SIM A driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, and key customers.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and deal closure.
• Work closely with internal teams, principals, and partners to develop competitive solutions and proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account development plans.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
