Qualifications:

Job Description:

•⁠  ⁠Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business travel.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Assist the Director with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations and proposals for clients.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Prepare weekly reports and compile sales data for the Director.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Provide supporting documents and administrative assistance related to sales transactions.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Welcome and attend to guests or clients meeting with the CEO.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Assisting and following the CEO in external meeting
