TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Membuat, mengelola, dan mengoptimasi kampanye di Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMAX)

• Melakukan riset kata kunci menggunakan Google Keyword Planner dan tools lainnya

• Menyusun struktur kampanye, ad group, dan memilih match type yang tepat

• Menulis ad copy yang relevan, menarik, dan sesuai dengan keyword serta landing page

• Mengatur strategi bidding (Manual CPC, Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions)

• Memasang dan memverifikasi Google Tag / Conversion Tracking; integrasi dengan GA4

• Mengelola negative keyword list untuk menekan pemborosan anggaran

• Menganalisis Quality Score, Impression Share, dan Auction Insights

• Membuat laporan performa iklan mingguan/bulanan dan rekomendasi optimasi

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim web/dev untuk optimasi landing page dan speed score


KUALIFIKASI

1.  Pengalaman min. 1–2 tahun mengelola Google Ads dengan anggaran bulanan yang nyata

2.  Memahami konsep SEO dan hubungannya dengan Search Ads

3.  Mahir menggunakan GA4 untuk analisis konversi dan audiens

4.  Kemampuan analitis dan problem-solving berbasis data

5.  Sertifikasi Google Ads (Search, Display, atau Measurement) jadi nilai tambah
