• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang Customer Service, Customer Experience, QA Customer Service, Call Center QA, Trainer, atau Restaurant/FnB Operations menjadi nilai plus

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik


📌 Job Description:

• Melakukan audit kualitas layanan tim outlet atau tim operasional terkait complaint handling

• Menyusun scorecard QA/CX dan melakukan calibration session

•Membuat rekomendasi perbaikan SOP, script, training, atau proses outlet

• Menyusun laporan performa CX dan mempresentasikan insight kepada atasan
