Looking for Procurement

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
2. Maximum age 35 years old;
3. Proven working experience as Purchasing or Procurement or related field, preferably in the construction or design interior minimum 2 years;
4. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills;
5. Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus;
6. High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset;
7. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams;
8. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills;
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
10. Willing to have a business trip.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify new suppliers, particularly for construction-related goods and services;
2. Maintain strong working relationships with existing vendors;
3. Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effectiveness;
4. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on material availability and trends;
5. Develop and maintain a database of vendor price quotes and procurement records;
6. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations;
7. Coordinate with internal project teams to align purchases with site requirements;
8. Verify quotations, bids, and supplier qualifications before final selection;
9. Prepare procurement reports and provide insights for cost-saving strategies;
10. Support continuous improvement of procurement systems and processes.
