3. Advanced skills in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp) and AutoCAD.
4. Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of interior design/architecture.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and graphic applications.
6. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and delegate tasks within sub-teams.
7. Strong communication skills and professional manners, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
8. Owns personal vehicle and laptop.
9. Preference for candidates with a perfectionist mindset and high attention to detail.

5. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, Canva, dan aplikasi grafis.
6. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, multitasking, serta dapat membagi tugas dalam sub-bagian.
7. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan sikap yang baik sehingga dapat bekerja sama secara kolaboratif dalam tim.
8. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan laptop pribadi.
9. Diutamakan yang memiliki jiwa perfeksionis dengan kecenderungan OCD.
