Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
Prepare, review, and maintain employment agreements, legal documents, and company licenses.
Coordinate training and employee development programs.
Support performance appraisal, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Handle disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and industrial relations matters.
Maintain accurate HR records and personnel documentation.
Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Assist management in legal compliance, contract administration, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
BNSP Human Resources Certification is a strong advantage.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or dental clinics is preferred.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
