* 2-5 years shipping production apps
* Strong Node.js, JavaScript & TypeScript
* React (web) + React Native (mobile) — you'll work across both, and sharing patterns between them is part of the fun
* Solid PostgreSQL and SQL skills
* Experience with an ORM like Sequelize
* You own your quality - including tests (no separate QA here!)
* Git & PR workflow
