R&D for Frozen Yoghurt
Do you enjoy food innovation and love experimenting with ingredients? Join our R&D team and be part of creating exciting frozen dessert, cold desserts, and new menu ideas.
Responsibilities
* Assist in product development for frozen yogurt, cold desserts, toppings, sauces, and other menu components.
* Conduct product trials and recipe testing.
* Support recipe improvement to achieve consistent taste, texture, quality, and stability.
* Research ingredients, food trends, and new product ideas.
* Prepare product samples and record trial results accurately.
* Work closely with Production, QC, and Purchasing during product development projects.
* Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and an organized R&D workspace.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D1) or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
* Passionate about food innovation and eager to learn.
* Curious, creative, and interested in experimenting with ingredients and recipes.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Nice to Have
* Basic knowledge of food ingredients, dairy products, or food processing.
* Experience in laboratory work, product trials, or research projects during college is a plus.
* Interest in frozen desserts and food innovation.
