Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Strong ability to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance to achieve established targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Proficient in preparing operational reports and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel ((Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions).
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent time management skills.
Job Description :
Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Lead, supervise, and develop team performance to achieve operational objectives and business targets.
Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Communicate and prepare reports in Mandarin to support effective coordination with Chinese management and business partners.
