PT. Genergy Global Indonesia – A subsidiary of a company headquartered in Xiamen, China, and the official license holder of Midea HVAC and Linvol Elevators & Escalators. Established in Jakarta since 2024, we have successfully handled various projects for major corporate groups across Indonesia.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Affairs Staff to join our team and manage our office and foreign staff needs.
Office Location: PIK 2, Jakarta (Pantai Indah Kapuk 2)
What You'll Do:
Facility & Asset Management:
- Oversee and ensure all office facilities, company assets, and foreign staff housing are well-maintained and operational
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and servicing of office equipment and facilities
- Manage company vehicles and transportation arrangements
Foreign Staff Administration:
- Manage administrative documentation for foreign employees, including visa applications, extensions, and stay permits (KITAS)
- Coordinate with visa agents for processing and renewal of foreign staff legal documents
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations for all foreign employees
Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange domestic and international flight bookings for employees and management
- Coordinate hotel accommodations and ground transportation as needed
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure cost-effective bookings
Office Operations:
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
- Maintain office cleanliness, security, and overall work environment
Event & Meeting Coordination:
- Organize company events, meetings, and gatherings
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate catering when required
Vendor Management:
- Source and manage relationships with office vendors (cleaning services, catering, maintenance, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on facility conditions, expenses, and administrative activities
- Maintain organized records of all GA-related documents and contracts
Who You Are:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or Administration, preferably in a foreign or multinational company
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Other: Willing to work from the office in PIK 2, Jakarta
