Duties / Tasks to Perform

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, and written posts) using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Utilize CapCut and other editing tools to produce engaging, professional short-form videos and reels.
  • Leverage analytics to track performance metrics, evaluate campaign success, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Implement automation and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip, Descript, Canva Magic Studio) to streamline content creation and scheduling.
  • Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment of content strategy with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Strategist, or equivalent role.
  • Demonstrable success managing social media channels — particularly LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and content generation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using CapCut or similar tools for video creation and editing.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite), and content scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
