Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
Plan & execute monthly content calendar (IG, TikTok, Threads)
Manage posting schedule, captions, and engagement
Monitor trends & adapt them into Classyland tone
Write captions, campaign lines, product descriptions
Develop brand voice (confident, modern, effortless)
Create storytelling angles for launches & campaigns
Analyze performance (reach, engagement, conversion)
Collaborate with creative team (editor & writer)
Edit photos & videos for social media
Create reels, TikTok, and campaign visuals
Maintain consistent visual identity
Requirements:
Passion for menswear / fashion industry
1–3 years experience in social media (fashion is a plus)
Strong sense of trends + aesthetics
Understand Instagram & TikTok algorithms
Organized and proactive
Strong writing portfolio (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
Understand branding & tone of voice
Experience in KOL
Able to write both short-form (social) & long-form
Skilled in tools (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, etc.)
Up-to-date with content trends
Understand Gen Z & Millennial audience
Fast-moving, idea-driven mindset, not afraid to experiment
