We are committed to delivering high-quality automotive solutions through our extensive distribution network and trusted partnerships across the country. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of our HELLA Brake Pads business by developing strategic sales initiatives and expanding our dealer, distributor, workshop, and fleet network nationwide.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets for HELLA Brake Pads.

  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives.

  • Expand market coverage by acquiring new distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet customers, and key accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, business partners, and principal.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and sales programs.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen market presence.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and long-term customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive aftermarket industry.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Proven experience in handling automotive spare parts or automotive accessories.

  • Experience in handling brake pads will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of dealer, distributor, workshop, and fleet business development.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Willing to travel for business trips.

  • Willing to work on Saturdays (half-day).
