Job Descriptions:
Prepare quotations, contracts, tender documents, NDAs, and other sales-related documentation.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in CRM, SAP, and other internal systems.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, customers, and vendors to support daily business activities.
Support invoicing, billing documentation, and ensure timely document processing.
Maintain organized sales, contract, and customer records.
Assist with administrative tasks, procurement requests, and other operational support for the Sales team.
Job Specifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
