Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Job Description:

  • Melayani customer melalui chat, email, telepon, dan platform ecommerce.

  • Membantu proses booking tiket pesawat, hotel, kereta, tour, dan produk travel lainnya.

  • Menangani perubahan jadwal, reschedule dan refund

  • Memastikan seluruh transaksi dan data reservasi diinput dengan akurat.

  • Menjaga response time dan kualitas pelayanan sesuai SLA perusahaan.

  • Monitoring order masuk selama shift malam.


    Job Specification:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK/ Sarjana Pariwisata

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang travel agent/ OTA

  • Bahasa Inggris native

  • Bersedia bekerja shift malam.

  • Mampu menggunakan Ms. Excel dan menguasai sistem GDS Galileo & Amadeus
