PT Abill Indonesia Jaya, part of THE SKIN FACTORY Co., Ltd. (holding company of NACIFIC & KUNDAL), is opening an opportunity for the position of B2C Intern – Affiliate & KOL (TikTok US Market) to support the management of affiliate programs and collaborations with TikTok creators in the US market. This role will assist the B2C team in creator research, campaign coordination, and content performance monitoring to support sales growth through TikTok affiliate channels.
As our B2C Intern – Affiliate & KOL (TikTok US Market), you will :
- Assist in researching and identifying potential TikTok creators, affiliates, and KOLs in the US market.
- Support outreach and communication with creators, including sending briefs and coordinating content timelines.
- Help coordinate affiliate and KOL campaign execution, including product seeding and content tracking.
- Monitor creator content and assist in tracking campaign performance (views, engagement, sales).
- Support the B2C team with creator database updates, reporting, and daily operational tasks related to TikTok affiliate activities.
If you have the following qualifications :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in TikTok, social media trends, and beauty creator .
- Familiar with TikTok content formats, influencers, and online communities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel for reporting.
- Fluent in English (since dealing with US creators).
- Willing to do full WFO (08.00 to 17.00, Sudirman, South Jakarta).
- Preferably can join as soon as possible.
