Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide administrative support to Australian property managers
Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants and contractors
Schedule property inspections and appointments
Update tenant, property, and maintenance records
Prepare documents and perform data entry with accuracy
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service or Administrative experience
Property Management experience is an advantage but not required
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
