Act as business partner and providing support to Retail Deposit, WMIB, Point Xtra, and CIMB Private & Preferred team including : product program calculation, product program simulation, program/campaign tracking, cross-sell monitoring, MIS Reporting, dashboard, automation, and database management.
Maintain & enhance tools to simplify/reduce manual process to speed up SLA and reduce human error.
Maintain integrated database for Cross Selling product and support business unit team.
Monitor database accuracy and followup the data required by internal/external team to source data unit.
Maintain a comprehensive database management for Retail Deposit, WM, Point Xtra, and CIMB Private & Preferred MIS reports, dashboard and program calculation.
Produce timely and accurate regular/adhoc MIS Report and data analytics to business/functional heads for better understanding of portfolio, with the aim to provide management insights on business opportunities to tap on and risks to mitigate.
Effectively engage in campaign management processes such as campaign pre-analysis, program calculation and campaign effectiveness tracking.
Develop tools to calculate and tracking result of program/campaign from Retail Deposit, WM, Point Xtra & CIMB Private & Preferred Product team
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and dashboard for Management Reporting, Sales team, and Others Unit
Requirements:
At least 3-4 year's experience in related position
Proficient in SQL & ETL tools and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
Proficient in BI tools i.e Tableau, COGNOS, etc
Good analytical and communication skill
Hybrid working
Willing to be placed in Blok M - Menara Sentraya
