Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and overall hotel profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and business performance.
Manage room inventory, rate plans, restrictions, and distribution channels.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts and reports.
Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other key performance indicators.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive demand during low-demand periods.
Optimize OTA, GDS, direct booking, and other distribution channels.
Conduct regular revenue meetings and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure rate parity and pricing accuracy across all booking platforms.
Support budgeting and annual business planning processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles and distribution channels.
Proficiency in PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
